Purchase Terms

Payment
Payment can be made either by credit/debit card or by invoice.
Invoices must be paid so that the full amount is available in PROCAD Systems’ bank account no later than thirty (30) days from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, PROCAD Systems reserves the right to charge default interest in accordance with applicable interest legislation, as well as statutory reminder fees and collection fees, including recovery costs.

PROCAD Systems charges an invoicing fee per invoice if the customer requests a paper invoice.

Any errors in an invoice from PROCAD Systems must be reported no later than the due date. If no complaint is made in time, the error cannot be claimed against PROCAD Systems.

The products remain the property of PROCAD Systems until full payment has been received.

Delivery Terms
Delivery of software is carried out through download to the customer’s computer. Delivery of self-study courses is made via standard postal services.

PROCAD Systems assumes no responsibility for delivery delays, regardless of whether the delay is caused by postal services or issues related to downloading.

Right of Withdrawal / Complaints
Customers are offered the opportunity to try the software free of charge for thirty (30) days in order to evaluate its functions and features. Therefore, no right of withdrawal or complaint is provided.
